We didn’t have a that great UI design on website, website used to lag a lot, but we have worked on it and progressed and reached this stage. Remembering those days we didn’t have the funds to invest in technology we saved from our salaries, Burnt out previous savings and invested every penny. It’s honest, a bit messy, and very real.

We often encounter troubles, every second day, may be from marketing dept, or from IT Dept. The Directors play a crucial role in managing all this departments and solving all the issues that arises. It’s a reflection of our commitment to getting better every day.

Some customer stories stay with you. Some moments that touched us deeply like a student starting out in a new city or a young couple setting up their first home. They are not just appliances, furniture and other stuff that they rent it’s their feelings their emotions, we see the sadness in their eyes when they leave the product and despatch them back. Somehow people get so attached to products that they use for a long time. And often rent same products again from us in different city, cause they are comfortable in using it and get used to it. They are motivation for us to work harder. These are reminders of why we do what we do.

There’s a lot of thought behind the appliances we choose. We have observed the market for 5 long years and have decided products keeping flexibility first. We have products that cater needs of students, couples and families living far from their hometown for job or education. We help them settle their homes with ease.We study user needs, seasons like monsoon, and customer feedback to make sure we only offer what’s actually useful.
